Strawberry TartStrawberry Tart

  • 1 sponge cake
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1 cestino woodland fruits
  • 30 g apricot jam
  • dark chocolate flakes
  • 2 bicchieri red wine
  • 2 confezioni da 200 Ml Hulalà for whipping

InstructionsInstructions  Using a whisk, whip the two packs of Hulalà for Decorating. Clean the strawberries and leave them to soak for a few minutes in water mixed with 2 glasses of red wine. Dry the strawberries on kitchen paper and chop them into small pieces, keeping one or two aside for decoration.


Cut a soft sponge cake into small discs, then cut them in half and fill with Hulalà for Decorating mixed with small pieces of strawberry. Decorate the little tarts with more strawberries and woodland fruits. Glaze with 2 teaspoonfuls of apricot jam diluted with a teaspoon of warm water. Add a blob of Hulalà for Decorating and flakes of grated dark chocolate
