  • 150 g Marshmallows
  • 250 ml Hulalà for whipping
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 10 ml Vanilla Flavour
  • q.b. White chocolate

Crush finely the chocolate and every single marshmallows in 3 parts. In a saucepan, mix together marshmallows, chocolate, hot water and let them melt for some minutes. Turn the fire off even if some marshmallows are not wholly melted. Try to get a chocolate cream as smoothest as possible.


Warm the chocolate cream for at least 20 minutes. In a separate bowl, whip Hulalà along with the vanilla flavour. Mix the preparation with the chocolate cream and continue  whipping.

Serve as it is or let it cool down in the refrigerator.Top with white chocolate and serve in cup or small glasses.
