  • 400 g Butter
  • 700 g Creamed Cheese
  • 700 g Flour
  • 25 eggs
  • 100 g starch
  • salt

InstructionsInstructions  Boil the water with Duetto, cheese and salt. When it starts to boil, add some flour and stir until the mixture comes loose from the side of the saucepan. Cool the preparation.
Use the pallet beater and gradually add the eggs 2 by 2. When the mixture is ready, form the lionesse, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a hot oven at approx.  250°C.
Cool it and fill with creamed cheese.

CREAMED CHEESE
Bring the Duetto, cheese and salt to boil.
Dilute the starch with wated and add the eggs. Beat.
When the Duetto reaches a temperature of approx. 80° C add the starch and thicken over heat. Put in the refrigerator to cool.
