Long life U.H.T. product with vegetable fats.
HULALA', such as the real dairy cream, is the ideal ingredient for producing and decorating cakes and ice-creams.
It can be used with pastry cream, chocolate and hazel-nut paste. It whips twice as high, holds up longer and is much lighter than cream.
You can whip it as it is or add up to 30% of whole milk.
How to use:
For best results, Hulalà should be refrigerated for at least 3 hours before whipping. It whips at a temperature between 8° and 12°C either by hand or with a blender.
Storage:
HULALA' can be stored at room temperature, unless it exceeds 20°C. Once the package is opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days.
