U.H.T. long life product with vegetable fats.
HULALA' ORO, such as the cream, is the ideal ingredient for decorating cakes and ice-creams.



It can be used with pastry cream, chocolate and hazel-nut cream. Long-Lasting with creamy texture for spreading. You can add cream or up to 30% of whole milk.

The high emulsion stability makes it possible to add coffee or hazelnut pastes and fruit juices, enhancing flavour without alterating the decoration.

Hulalà Oro, once whipped, can be frozen and unfrozen keeping high performances.

How to use:
Put in the refrigerator at 4°C/8°C for 12 hour before the use.
Very important: for best result whipping temperature must remain in a range of 8°/12° C.
Whip in a whipping machine at medium speed to have best performance. Whip till a complete and uniform product from the container. Do not whip at high temperature.

Storage:
Store the product between 4-20° C. Once open, store in the refrigerator for maximum 3-4 days.
